Peak Retreat is located on a scenic mountain road. While fully accessible, AWD/4WD is strongly recommended during winter weather or inclement conditions.
The spiral staircase to the loft is a striking design feature but may not be ideal for small children or guests with mobility concerns. The loft is open to the main living space and best suited for guests comfortable with limited privacy.
This home is designed for relaxation, longer stays, and respectful enjoyment. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. to preserve the peaceful mountain setting.
Wildlife Notice:
We share the mountain with local wildlife, including a black bear that occasionally passes through the area. Please secure trash and food as instructed to help keep both guests and wildlife safe.
Country Living & Pest Control:
As with all rural mountain homes, occasional insects may appear despite our quarterly professional pest control program. This is a natural part of the countryside and not a reflection of cleanliness.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including the hot tub, media room, and all outdoor spaces.
Check-in is easy and contactless with a secure keypad on the front door. You’ll receive a personalized door code before arrival—no keys to keep track of during your stay!

Getting Around
A car is essential for getting around the area, as this home is tucked into the mountains for peace and privacy. The roads are paved and well-maintained, but we recommend AWD or 4WD during winter months or inclement weather.
You’ll be just minutes from wineries, breweries, hiking trails, and scenic overlooks—most attractions are within a 10–20 minute drive. Ample on-site parking makes coming and going easy.

Check-in: After 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: By 10:00 a.m.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. (Please be mindful of our mountain neighbors)
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the property.
No Pets: We love animals but can’t accommodate pets at this time.
Occupancy Limit: The house accommodates up to 6 guests.
Respect the Space: Please treat the home with the care it deserves—leave it as you found it.
Check-In Instructions
Keyless Entry: You’ll receive a personal door code prior to your arrival. Simply enter the code on the keypad to unlock the door.
Parking: There is ample parking directly in front of the house. Please park in the designated spots.
House Amenities
Hot Tub: For your enjoyment, the hot tub is located beneath the back deck. Please follow all posted rules for safe use.
Media Room: The media room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV and surround sound. Use the streaming options for your entertainment.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with high-end appliances, pots, pans, and utensils. We’ve also provided a selection of coffee, tea, and basic spices.
Heating & AC: The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Adjust the thermostat as needed for your comfort.
Fireplace: Please follow the instructions for safe use. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.
Household Guidelines
Spiral Staircase: The loft is accessed by a spiral staircase. While beautiful, it’s not recommended for guests with mobility concerns or small children.
Hot Tub: Please shower before use and refrain from using the hot tub after 10:00 p.m. to respect the quiet hours.
Trash: Please dispose of trash in the designated bins outside the home. If you need additional trash bags, they are located under the kitchen sink.
Water Conservation: The property uses well water, so please be mindful of water usage.
